Bellarine Paddlers was formed in 2015 with the aim of providing increased opportunities for residents of the Bellarine Peninsula to experience canoeing on the Barwon River in Ocean Grove. We are a friendly social club, catering to all levels of experience from complete novices all the way to competitive racers in our small but growing membership.
The club’s main activity is our weekly Sunday morning paddle, where we invite people of all ages and abilities to join us for a short paddle to explore the mangrove channels or see the sights of the river, depending on tides and conditions.
